| Bio: | In 2006, the year I turned 30, I decided to lose 30 lbs. It took me a while, but I've been maintaining that loss since October 2006. This journal was originally dedicated to that weight loss journey but has since morphed into more of a general fitness journal.

Also, Couch to 5K at CoolRunning.com has made this former P.E. class loser into a runner. I ran a 10K on Labor Day 2006 and completed my first half-marathon in March 2007.
